The Golden Hour Package
This package includes a custom, heirloom-quality 16x20” acrylic painting created live during your wedding celebration.
This package includes:

Live Guest Portrait Painting
Abstract paintings of themselves to remember your wedding day by! This offering is by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. I average roughly 15-18 guests (not couples) per hour. Below is a recommendation for your wedding size:
2 hours: 0-36 guests
3 hours: 36-54 guests
4 hours: 54-72 guests
These numbers are not guaranteed but are an average of what I typically paint. Portraits will be done first come, first serve!
Live Guest Portrait Painting : 81-100 guests
This package includes 4 hours of live painting time, a complimentary addition of turning your portrait into a thank you card template that you can use to print off, and any additional time it takes to complete your guest portraits! Your paintings will be given back to you in 2-3 weeks' time. This also includes adding names/dates to your portraits!
Live Guest Portrait Painting : 101-150 guests
This package includes 4-5 hours of live painting time, a complimentary addition of turning your portrait into a thank you card template that you can use to print off, and any additional time it takes to complete your guest portraits! Your paintings will be given back to you in 2-3 weeks' time. This also includes adding names/dates to your portraits!
Live Guest Portrait Painting : 151-200 guests
This package includes 4-5 hours of live painting time, a complimentary addition of turning your portrait into a thank you card template that you can use to print off, and any additional time it takes to complete your guest portraits! Your paintings will be given back to you in 2-3 weeks' time. This also includes adding names/dates to your portraits!
Live Guest Portrait Painting : 201-250 guests

Do you have a larger guest count and would prefer having a second or third artist on site to finish more portraits on site verses in studio? Let us know and we can see if we can partner with other artists to bring your vision to life! This option works well for larger guest counts.

The ultimate personal touch to a wedding! This add on allows you to get custom thank you cards made using either a photo of your live painting or via an original painting after the fact.
16"x20" Live Bouquet Painting
Capture your wedding flowers in a piece of art that doesn't involves shipping away your flowers! This offering only takes place at the reception.

16"x20" Wedding Painting (AFTER WEDDING)
Similar to the offering above, however this one isn't done live. This is perfect for the person that wishes live painting was a trend when they got married or it just didn't work out to have a live painter present at your wedding. This heirloom is on a 16"x20"x1" canvas, perfect for hanging as is or in a frame. These make great anniversary gifts! All I need is 1 (or more) reference photos from your wedding day!
Custom Wedding Guestbook Painting
A custom 12"x18" watercolor painting on paper of you and your fiancé with plenty of space surrounding you to be signed and framed!
Custom Bottle Painting
Celebrate a big moment with a custom painted bottle of your favorite drink! Whether it's a bottle of champagne or whiskey, I will design a beautiful bottle that represents your love story. Prices range depending on the complexity of the bottle design. Price does not include the cost of the bottle itself. Please reach out to inquire about your painted bottle ideas!
Custom Watercolor Illustrated Wedding Invitations
You and I will work together to integrate details from your love story, venue + important moments to create a cohesive wedding invitation that will tell your story! When reaching out about custom invitations, please include total guest counts, the types of stationery you need, special details, wedding colors, wedding flowers, and any other details you'd like to share. All of this will help me to determine your price quote!

Please email me directly for checking availability on live wedding offerings! If I am available on your wedding date I require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/4 your total package to secure your date and the remaining cost is due before 2 weeks out from the wedding.
You are welcome to choose any moment of your wedding to be captured! Some common ones are the first look, first kiss, recessional moment, and the first dance, but the moment we choose to paint live is completely up to you. Beyond the moment itself, I love incorporating meaningful details like beloved pets, heirloom jewelry, changing weather, meaningful venues, florals, butterflies, and those unexpected moments that become part of your story.
After securing your date and deposit we will schedule a time for a call to discuss all the details of your wedding day painting! This is my time to learn more about you and your wedding as well as your time to ask me questions!
Yes! I am a St. Louis-based live wedding painter and wedding guest portrait artist available for celebrations throughout Missouri, Illinois, the Midwest, and destination weddings nationwide.
Travel within the Greater St. Louis area is included in your package. Weddings outside this area may incur additional travel costs such as mileage, lodging, airfare, or rental transportation depending on the location. A detailed travel estimate is always included in your proposal so there are never any surprises.
Unless you are booking me for hourly portraits, I will have work to do in the studio to ensure that your final painting(s) is the very best they can be. I typically finish the final piece(s) in a 2–3-week period and will arrange a pickup time with you.
With 2026 beyond capacity and bookings for 2027 quickly filling up, the sooner the better! You are welcome to lock in your date as soon as you know when you're getting married. There is only one of me, so sadly I can only live paint at one wedding on any given day.
